For Executive Search, we partner with TalentRISE, a boutique executive search and RPO firm to use a metrics-driven approach to identify the most qualified leader for the role.  Through our partnership, we provide executive onboarding coaching for the new leader as part of the assimilation process.  This partnership between C Evans Consulting and TalentRise brings the best of commercial search practices with federal environment coaching expertise, enhancing the overall selection and onboarding process for the new executive.  


About US

Starting in late 2014, I started the business to do the thing I love most:  chase (and win!) federal opportunities.  The deal size and complexity make it all more exciting. As I needed more capabilities to support clients, I built a team of experts with complementary skills and capabilities who collaborate to leverage network contacts, relationships and resources with information to drive results for our clients.  With my name and reputation tied to my company name, we only work with clients that we are confident about the results we can deliver.

Meet The President

Cecelia Evans, an INC 5000 entrepreneur, brings drive and capture leadership in supporting client teams to win large federal opportunities.  Since starting the company in 2015, she has led and supported capture teams on some of the most significant federal human capital opportunities resulting in high value wins for her clients.  The C Evans Consulting Strategic Capture team includes executives and senior leaders with experience in federal business development; federal capture; pipeline development; proposal management; team formation (making introductions to small /  large companies based on opportunity profile); and federal contracting. 


Cecelia and her sourcing /recruiting team are known for their passion around recruiting and the candidate experience.  Her desire to streamline recruitment processes to accelerate the hiring process, enabling clients to get the right talent as needs arise led her team to launch a talent division called Accelerate-Talent.  Learn more
